Frequently Asked Questions

When I click on "Click Here to Tune In" nothing happens or it opens my media player but does not play. What should I do now?
If nothing happens when you click on that, then we reccomend that you download Winamp, it's free and available at: http://www.winamp.com/player/free.php. If the problem persists, do the following:
  • Step 1: Right-Mouse-Click on "Click Here to Tune In" and select "Copy Shortcut", as illustrated in Figure 1.

  • Step 2: Open up Winamp, click on "File" and then select "Play URL...", and then Click "Open" as illustrated in Figure 2.

If you use AOL, you will most likely have to follow the instructions above.
